Everything went well and Phil was very easy to work with. They redesigned the deck a bit to give it a more open look below. Phil had some ideas giving it a little more modern look that we liked. It was quite a challenge to take out 18 tons of cement but the crew handled it very well. The only real delay on the project was the sub-contractor for the railing and gutter system that put us back about two weeks. Phil’s team could be counted on to be on-site when they said they would. The quality of work from Phil’s group and sub-contractors was very good. Attached are some photos to get a feel for the work.
